Flip Wallen, a 41-year veteran of the Commercial Real Estate Industry, specializes in Data Center / Mission Critical construction, design, and development, is a graduate of James Madison University with a BBA in Management Information Systems.
Flip’s proclivity for the latest technology trends helps keep his internal processes fresh, new, and competitive with industry standards. He has become one of the most trusted sources of knowledge, wisdom, and leadership in the data center market, particularly in Northern Virginia’s Data Center Alley in Ashburn, VA, where Flip has developed and built over 2 million square feet.
He is the founder and owner of TRINITY Group Construction, established in 2002, an awarding-winning construction company, and one of the leading commercial construction companies in the DC metro area, specializing in the data center market. Flip will be advising KiNRG on the integration of an eco-energy park and data center with their Arizona Tower Project.
